你o個個都唔算複雜o架喇! 我呢面呢個真係水蛇春咁長 (有機會下次出黎講你知)... ... integration test, dress rehearsal, reliability test ... (重有你o的documentation (大量呀!) 唔使交咁正!?) 其實呢o的o野睇吓個客要o的咩喇!

Documentation 要交，不過今次重點係响 User yelling 同 Fire fighting 度。

即係 Requirement change 就已經見怪不怪，當有 process 去 handle, 但去安撫 D Users 呢吓最麻煩。
